We, "Kyoto International Friends Meetup," are an international cultural exchange group.
We aim to provide a place where Japanese people who want to speak English and foreigners visiting Japan who want to challenge themselves with Japanese can gather casually through language exchange.

About Us.
I started learning English again by myself in my mid-40s because I needed it for work, at first with NHK educational TV programs and textbooks.
Then I began attending this English cafe event to improve my listening and output.
I took over this group from the previous organizer a few years ago, and although I no longer have a business trip now, I continue to run it with the help of others so that we still have a place to interact.
This is a great opportunity for foreigners who are studying Japanese to try their hand at Japanese.
Let's communicate with each other by mixing English and Japanese.
